Neil is exceptionally knowledgeable about the industry ; did an equally great job with installation and follow up 6 months later.

Neil did a very thorough examination of our furnace before the winter heating season. He found that the last company installed an improperly sized igniter, and that our burners were badly corroded and subject to failure. He also checked the carbon dioxide levels in the exhaust to ensure the levels met regulations (this is something a different preventive maintenance contractor had not performed in the previous 12 years of inspections.) We are now very confident going into the winter months.
